The hotel rooms were spacious, well appointed, and clean, offering a great place to relax with large showers and nice decks. However, being in a poor older facility without elevators and further from the beach slightly impacted the overall experience. The contemporary furnishings in the bathroom added a modern touch.
My stay at the children-friendly all-inclusive in Nuevo was below my expectations. The rooms at this resort did not meet the standard I had hoped for. However, the service provided by the kitchen staff in accommodating our dietary and allergy needs was exemplary with a high level of professionalism and hygiene practices observed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were wonderful, but unfortunately, they overlooked either the garbage or a tennis court. The facility itself was on the older side without elevators and a bit far from the beach. However, the rooms were extremely clean, providing a comfortable experience overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, but unfortunately, they only had 2 double beds which were very stiff. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some instances of unprofessional behavior observed. The dining options were good with a variety; however, there is room for improvement in offering more choices. Overall, the hotel fell well below my expectations in terms of value for money.
The hotel has a lovely location right by the ocean and near Casa Bella restaurant. The rooms had a quick resolution to a sewage smell issue but still had a moldy odor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining experience offered themed options, but utensil placement was inconvenient.
